Samtrafiken ACCESS

Samtrafiken ACCESS is an entry point to Swedish public transport sales, providing its users access to a national range of public transport products on the Swedish market. It can be accessed both through an API and through a graphic user interface called Samtrafiken TRAID (for manual sales/customer service).

The API-Resplus is based on the Open Sales and Distribution Model (OSDM). Through the API, users can search for journeys, make bookings, add ancillaries, handle fulfillment and after sales.

TRAID is an interface for buying and managing public transit tickets, as well as handling customer service queries related to travel and ticketing. With TRAID, users have the ability to purchase tickets for various modes of public transportation throughout Sweden, making it easy to travel locally or across different regions. TRAID enables users to access and purchase tickets for buses, trains, trams, and other forms of public transit efficiently and conveniently.
