Overview

This document outlines the complete onboarding process for external resellers and sales channels connecting to our ACCESS API. The process is designed to ensure smooth integration and successful go-live.


Phase 1: Pre-Sales

Objective: Establish partnership and define requirements

Key Activities:

  • Initial Consultation - Engage in dialogue with our Key Account Manager to discuss your business needs and integration requirements

  • Needs Assessment - Conduct comprehensive analysis of your technical and business requirements

  • Project Planning - Define project scope, timeline, and resource allocation

  • Partnership Agreement - Review and execute formal contract

Deliverables:

  • Signed agreement

  • Project charter and timeline

  • Technical requirements specification


Phase 2: Establishment

Objective: Project kickoff and technical foundation

Key Activities:

  • Project Initiation - Official project kickoff with dedicated project team assignment

  • Documentation Review - Access to comprehensive API documentation, integration guides, and technical specifications

  • Requirements Refinement - Complete detailed technical needs analysis based on your specific use case

  • Technical Integration Planning - Begin API integration architecture and development planning

  • Regular Check-ins - Participate in scheduled project meetings and progress reviews

Phase 3: Configuration

Objective: System setup and initial testing

Key Activities:

  • Flow Verification - Test and validate data flows in our test environment

  • User Management - Configure and verify user accounts and access permissions in the system

  • Training Sessions - Participate in comprehensive training on our platforms (Resplus, 3R systems)

  • Test Phase Initiation - Begin structured testing of your integration

Phase 4: Testing & Verification

Objective: Comprehensive testing and issue resolution

Key Activities:

  • Test Case Execution - Receive and execute standardized test cases provided by our team

  • Integration Testing - Conduct thorough testing of all integration points and data flows

  • Issue Resolution - Identify, report, and resolve any technical issues or bugs

  • Implementation Validation - Verify that all requirements are properly implemented and functioning

Phase 5: Production Deployment

Objective: Live environment setup and go-live
