Onboardingprocess

1. Initial Contact and Setup

  • Retailer initiates contact with Samtrafiken to sell RKM's offerings (alternatively via RKM directly)

  • Samtrafiken schedules an initial meeting with both Retailer and RKM to discuss requirements and prerequisites

2. Documentation and Agreements

  • Relevant documentation is shared between parties (technical specifications, integration requirements, etc.)

  • RKM and Retailer establish and sign agreements specifying:

    • Approved sales channels

    • Available offerings for Retailer

    • Terms and responsibilities

3. Planning and Preparation

  • Joint review of testing and production deployment plan

  • Samtrafiken configures Retailer permissions and provides access to test systems

4. Testing

  • RKM assists with and provides necessary equipment for testing

  • Retailer and RKM conduct joint testing and verification of integration functionality

  • Samtrafiken is available for technical support throughout the testing phase

  • All parties verify that tests meet requirements and specifications before approval

5. Production Deployment

  • Following successful test completion and signed agreements, Retailer is moved to production environment

  • Samtrafiken issues invoice for connection fees and ongoing support (as per signed agreement)

  • Retailer begins live operations with access to RKM's offerings
