Onboardingprocess
1. Initial Contact and Setup
Retailer initiates contact with Samtrafiken to sell RKM's offerings (alternatively via RKM directly)
Samtrafiken schedules an initial meeting with both Retailer and RKM to discuss requirements and prerequisites
2. Documentation and Agreements
Relevant documentation is shared between parties (technical specifications, integration requirements, etc.)
RKM and Retailer establish and sign agreements specifying:
Approved sales channels
Available offerings for Retailer
Terms and responsibilities
3. Planning and Preparation
Joint review of testing and production deployment plan
Samtrafiken configures Retailer permissions and provides access to test systems
4. Testing
RKM assists with and provides necessary equipment for testing
Retailer and RKM conduct joint testing and verification of integration functionality
Samtrafiken is available for technical support throughout the testing phase
All parties verify that tests meet requirements and specifications before approval
5. Production Deployment
Following successful test completion and signed agreements, Retailer is moved to production environment
Samtrafiken issues invoice for connection fees and ongoing support (as per signed agreement)
Retailer begins live operations with access to RKM's offerings
