BoB Change Request Templates
The following templates are used in the BoB Change Management Process.
BoB Change Request Template — used by the initiator to formally describe a proposed change. Submit the completed form to help.samtrafiken.se.
BoB Change Request Evaluation Template — used by reviewers (BoB contact persons) to document their evaluation of a Change Request. Submit the completed form back to the Change Manager at Samtrafiken.
